I started real estate investing in Hamilton back in 2006 where I bought my first triplex. It was scary; first time owning a property I didn’t live in, dealing with tenants, responsibilities that come with owning an investment property, etc…
I have grown over the years from there: invested in pre-construction condos, bought houses and converted them to legal duplexes, taken on extensive renovations such as underpinning and now building homes from scratch.
